I'm a full time Active Realtor in the Myrtle Beach area. I'm very proud to be a Active a Member of The National Association of Realtor's and also a Active Member of the Coastal Carolina Asociation of Realtors, this is an Honor and a Priviledge that I take very serious. Being a Realtor means more to me than just Selling Real Estate.

I asked some friends to help me with listing some of my characteristics, here is what they had to say, "that I am easy to talk to", "that I'm a good listener", "a problem solver". 

Real Estate is a very challenging and a complex business that requires a lot of energy, time and patience. The rewards of helping someone purchase their first home, or helping someone downsize from a home they have lived in for many years, or the persons that are relocating and don't know the area at all, Are Priceless, and for Me, that makes being a Realtor worth it. I feel very fortunate to have found a business that incorporates so many of the things I love. 

In my off time from Real Estate, I'm a caregiver at home. My Daddy Frank and his duchsan named Bud D Rowe, live with me due to medical reasons. We have a great relationship and the love and support I get from Daddy Frank, well out weighs any burden of being a care giver. When I do have the time, I Love going to the Beach and playing in my flower beds. Writing is another one of hobbies and I have had some poems published in 1997 & 1998. Drawing and Painting have always been a passion, even though I haven't had much time in the last few years. Remodeling and home design is also a passion. I am a Certified Home Stager and Re-Designer, which comes in handy with my Real Estate business. Not only can I help my seller clients, but I can also help buyers see potential when they can't.
