Does Home Staging Work? Yes it does! Have you ever visited any Model Homes? Builders have been staging for years. Staging is simply highlighting your homes best features and removing your personality so potential buyers can imagine their things in the space. Making your home neutral so that it appeals to the largest number of people helps potential buyers invision their own colors. Dark colors and bright colors people think A LOT WORK to change. Neutral doesn't mean white, white walls will make a space feel cold.
